As Managing Director, Finance & Operations, I make sure East Tenth Group has the financial discipline, operational foundation, and business processes to support our clients and our work. I keep the business running smoothly so Michelle and the team can stay focused on what they do best—helping leaders and organizations succeed.
Before joining East Tenth Group, I spent more than 30 years with the U.S. Postal Service, leading finance and operations and managing complex organizations and multi-million-dollar budgets. That experience shaped how I approach business today: practical, disciplined, and focused on getting things done. Today, I oversee the firm’s financial and operational strategy and serve as Michelle’s thought partner on investments, growth opportunities, and the decisions that shape the business.
I hold a B.B.A. in Finance from Iona University. Outside of work, I’m an avid traveler and cyclist, a diehard Buffalo Bills fan, and an equally devoted supporter of UConn women’s basketball. Michelle and I live in the Hudson Valley with our rescue Bernese Mountain Dog, Daphne, who remains my top choice for company mascot.
