I am a Senior Leadership Advisor and Executive Coach
I partner with CEOs, senior executives, and leadership teams because leadership is a team sport. When leaders trust one another, challenge one another with respect, and stay aligned around a common purpose, organizations make better decisions and achieve better results. While I coach leaders individually, my greatest impact comes from helping leadership teams work better together.
I bring more than 20 years of executive coaching, organizational effectiveness, and human capital consulting experience across private equity, healthcare, financial services, engineering, professional services, and other growth-oriented industries. Before joining East Tenth Group, I held consulting and leadership roles with Monitor Group (now Deloitte Consulting), Millennium Pharmaceuticals (Takeda Oncology), and State Street Bank.
Great organizations are built by leadership teams that trust one another enough to have the conversations that matter. That’s how I work. I become a trusted extension of the leadership team—coaching leaders one-on-one, facilitating strategic discussions, strengthening team dynamics, and creating an environment where meaningful change can take hold.
My goal is simple: to help leadership teams think better, decide better, and lead better—together.
I hold a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts and am a certified Team Coach with certifications in the MBTI, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, and Hogan assessments. I also served as an adjunct instructor with Columbia Business School’s MBA Recruitment Prep Program and as a Student Advisor to Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
Outside of client work, I provide pro bono leadership and organizational consulting. I live in the DC metro area with my wife and son.
