I have over 15 years of experience in the human capital and organizational effectiveness areas working within the insurance, financial services, management consulting and luxury retail arenas. As an executive coach and organizational effectiveness professional, I help senior and emerging leaders maximize their professional effectiveness. I deliver value by helping clients identify measurable goals and outcomes within the contexts of the organizations they work in, and then target the behavior characteristics keeping them from achieving those endpoints. I employ a no-nonsense and no-excuses approach that is customized for each coaching and consulting client, and helps them practice and implement new behaviors that support the desired change.
